Getting Naked3 with Urbay Decay

When I first heard about there being a new Naked palette out, I honestly didn't think I would be too bothered. Don't get me wrong the other two have some beautiful colours but I've never been that huge an eyeshadow wearer, so would it be worth the money... YES!!
So let's start where it all began, with the original Naked. This palette covers warmer and golden tones, the Naked2 takes a cooler route. So like me you were probably thinking where can they go next? Surely they've covered all the basics? Well this time they have gone with rosey and golden shades. So seeing this and knowing I have a little obsession with anything Rose gold it was one of those moments you realise you needed this is your life immediately!!!.
Let's get down to the palette then, the 12 Naked colours come in a rose gold tin, housing them in colour order. As all Urban Decay shadows are, these are highly pigmented, creamy and so easy to apply and mix up the colours! There are three matte colours in this palette, which is great for me as I do prefer a little shimmer to matte shades. These are Strange, Limit and Nooner (don't you just love the names! A name will completely sell something to me). When swatched strange has a little pearlescent glisten to it so I think this can be classed as an inbetween colour. I think this could be used for a brow highlighter or just in the corners of your eyes to brighten them. Limit and Nooner are perfect blending colours to suit every other colour in the palette. Black heart, Darkside, Mugshot, Factory and Liar  are all darker shimmery shades that steer more towards the taupe side but still with pink undertones. I am so in love with Dust, Buzz and Trick, these three are so sparkly on the eyelids, they remind me a little of the MAC pigments. They even apply a little like the pigments too with the flecky consistency. And last but not least, Burnout. This is the peachiest of all the shades, so very beautiful but one that I will most likely least be using.
Overall I do love this palette, especially as there are colours to suit all skin tones. This palette sets apart from most others with cost and colours, Clinique, Clarins, Bobbi Brown all have the neutral or chocolate palettes out but in my eyes none of them compare to these shades and for a bargain price really £37 for 12 shadows,  how can you resist!?.
I eventually got mine from BeautyBay and had it next day for £2.95 (rounded it up to an even £40, I like evenness).
Keep an eye out on my instagram BILLYGUMBEX for my swatches of this palette.
