Rococo at The Grosvenor

As a self confessed chocaholic, whenever the occasion arises that I can try some I've never tried... how can I refuse? 

So when we were spending the weekend at The Grosvenor Hotel in Chester I just had to pop in and get a few. 

I hadn't spotted the hot chocolate they served until we got home. I'm always up for a scrumdidlliumptious chocolate. 

Isn't the shop just beautiful? Shh .. hang on .. can you hear that? Yup I'm sure it's calling me in! 

I picked up a couple of packs of 'Seagull' & 'Quail' eggs. The Gull ones are Salted caramel and the Quail chocolate praline. They are especially good when just taken out of the fridge. The crunchy outer egg with a firm chocolate and gooey caramel centre. Yum!

I had to pick up a couple of bars as well. I seem to be headed towards a lot of salted chocolate recently. I'm loving the mix, the sweetness of the chocolate then you just get that little kick. Yum. 

The bars are pricey, but they taste amazing. If your in the Chester area head to Rococo at The Grosvenor, even if it's just for a mooch about. They have a huge selection to choose from.
