The Body Shop Sorbet

This has only been in the shops for around a week now but #bblogers everywhere have had us waiting in suspense of this new arrival.
I did read on a few blogs these weren't launching until 16th July but I got my mitts on one around the 10th.

Firstly before I knew anything about these, I presumed they were going to be shower or bath related. Don't ask me why.. I just did? Much to my surprise when I read they were a body moisturiser!

I have such as huge collection of body products do I really need any more? ... Yes! .. The answer is always yes. So when I popped in I thought I'd smell them all first and try and narrow it down to maybe 2 or 3 that I liked, I was expecting this to be difficult for me but surprisingly enough it wasn't.

There are 5 scents/flavours, Satsuma, Mango, Pink Grapefruit, Strawberry & Moringa.
I knew I'd love the Moringa as I have the body butter in that, it's quite florally which I'm rather drawn to, so that was straight in the basket. I really had a hard time with the others as I wasn't struck on any really. They were quite strong sharp smells so in the end I wanted to go for something a little different, I couldn't decide on any so I just went with this one. Plus the scent lingers for quite some time so I didn't want to be stuck with a smell I didn't like.

I really like the frosty look on the tubes, and with the moisturiser being in a tube is a massive plus for me. I cannot stand getting creams under my nails, totally freaks me out.
The texture to me is unexplainable. It's velvety, gel like and light, reminds me of something I have used before but for the life of me I cannot think what (if you have any clue what it may be.. let me know!) it goes on really smoothly and sinks into the skin really quickly unlike body butters. Every tube has Aloe Vera in to give your skin a boost of hydration.
You can put these in the fridge to chill them off even more but they're relativity cooling on the skin, if you haven't picked any up yet these would be perfect if your heading on your travels.
They are priced at £8 for a 200ml tube, and for The Body Shop I personally don't think it's too pricey for a body product.
