This is something I haven't actually done for ages now, but there are just so many beauty bits I want but just can't part with the cash just yet... Especially as these beauties are a tad on the pricey side.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder.
This has been on my wish list for a while, I know a couple of people who have it and swear by it which makes me more inclined to get it even more, but when it comes in at a whopping £38 I just can't go and buy it when I have so many other powders. I was obsessing over the blushes for quite some time but when I saw them in the flesh, I wasn't drawn to any so I've now turned to this. Should I buy?
Bobbi Brown Surf and Sand Collection.
Now this is honestly one of the most amazing palettes I've seen. Online & in the flesh, equally as beautiful! But a whole £48! Do I need more eyeshadows?... I should never ask myself that because the answer is always a firm Yes! I would like to try this out though, I've never swatches them so I think it would be nice to see the staying power & see if the glitzy are as glitzy when they're on! Fingers crossed.
Mac Rebel.
Ahhh.. I do have a long standing love affair with dark lipsticks. I have so many already but I would like there to be room for this one. It's a deep rich plummy purple. Perfect for impending autumn months. These are £21 and as I don't wear lipstick for work other than my neutral shades would I even make the most of it?
Elemis total glow.
I am a huge lover of Elemis so when these beauties entered there collection I really wanted to try them. I think I'd get more use from the face than the body glow as I'm quite lazy when it comes to tanning but I would love to get my mitts on both to be honest, who wouldn't? These are £29.50 for the face and £35 for the body, shall I...?
Jo Malone Sparkling Blue Agave & Cacao
I've been on the hunt for a new perfume for a while now and when I was in Birmingham recently with my friend Amy (she was choosing her signature Jo Malone scent) I tried this one. At first I laughed about it, who wants to smell like chocolate? Well I'm honestly surprised I don't already the amount I eat! But once it had settled for a while it was scrumptious! I really fell in love with this and so did my husband. I am trying to go for something non florally as I seem to make the hubby allergic to me when I wear my peony and blush suede. He sneezes like mad, gets a blocked nose and just can't really be next to me, so I'm after something that won't keep us apart and I think this may be the one. Jo Malone are pretty pricy though, the smaller ones are £40 so I think that's best to try first.
Nars Dual intensity in Himalia.
I've lusted over this since the launch, it's so bloom in' gorgeous! These are £21, which I think is a little much for just one eyeshadow but I can't seem to stop thinking about how beautiful it is, you can use them wet or dry with a flat brush to switch up the intensity...Maybe one day soon I will get my paws on this.
Diptyque candles.
No explanation needed with these, I just love... -may be slightly obsessed with candles. I just can't seem to part with my dollar for these guys though. £60 for 3 candles is a little out of my budget.. I guess this will have to go on my christmas list.
Mac Hang Up.
For me I think this is a perfect red. I just can't seem to find a bright red to suit me, so this over the winter especially may be a go to lippy. I love how deep and rich the mac lipsticks are but i always end up going for lighter shades? Why? I'm just a little wary when it comes to being bold.
