Batiste are internationally known for there dry shampoo, which more recently im seeing more and more people using it. I used to use it a lot when I was younger, I always chose a quick shower and dry shampoo in favour of more sleep through my teenage years, well I still do now if I am working an early shift!
On their website and in Boots you'll find around 14 different types of dry shampoo. 14!! I know right.. why so many? I suppose to suit every single on the planets needs?? They have different ranges too, in the revitalise range you'll find oriental, cherry, blush, coconut, fresh, tropical and the good old original. A nourish range with strength and shine conditioning and vitality then you have xxl volume, hint of tints, Boots exclusive and the Pixie Lott fun & floral. Wow.. how do you choose? First time I went for the origional, you cant really go wrong there but this time ive opted for the XXL volume, I wear my hair up a lot so this gives me great volume at the roots so my hair isn't flat to my tiny head. ( i seem to have an abnormally small head for a 27 year old, so when my hair is needing a good washing it just accentuates it! Haha!)
The shampoo comes in a hairspray style bottle and sprays like it too, I find it sprays quite powerful so be quite liberal with it. I do spray it all over and it does take a while to work in to the roots. This gives me great lift!, I do like to reapply it after about 4/5 hours as I touch my hair so much even when it's freshly washed it can start to look greasy quickly. The only thing I find with this is it can make your hair look a little dull but with that I do get some volume with it.
This really is the lazy girl wash 'n' go!
Thanks for reading!
