#manimonday

This weeks #manimonday is from the long awaited Tanya Burr lips & nails collection. Its Be bright Be happy Be you, it's a really bright candy pink colour, I suppose I'm a little premature with the summer colours, but as soon as this arrived saturday I just had to try it.
After I'd prepped my nails (filing & all my cutile work) I used my absolute favorite base coat.. the opi original nail envy!! This is the perfect base coat, it leaves your nails so smooth & ridge free.. plus it helps to strengthen your nails.
Then comes the long awaited colour application.  It has a really nice texture to it, not too thin or thick.. the only thing I found is that it seems to dry quite quickly as your applying it. So there's no room for mistakes really. It definitely needed two coats. I do really like that it seemed to level itself out & this colour with applying two coats is streak free!
I've been wearing it for two days now & have no chips out of it, only a tiny bit of wear on the ends which happens with most polishes. (I'm not always the most careful person when it comes to nail polish though!!)
Im definitely going to be getting some more especially as they are such good value at £5.99 from feelunique ... I really love the look of mini marshmallow & penguin chic, I think this would look so cool with a matte topcoat too.
