When it comes to drugstore foundations I've never been a huge lover, I seem to have had expensive taste from a very young age, but when I recently run out of my CHANEL foundation and I didn't have enough time to go get a new daytime foundation, I did a panic buy in boots. A girl should never go to Boots unprepared, I seem to do this frequently and not love the product I bought so it sits collecting dust in my draw until I feel that I can throw it out. (I'm a little bit of a hoarder you see) but this time it seems to have payed off, even with all my doubts and the constant avoidance of BB and CC creams as I just didn't think they would give me the look I wanted.
The Bourjous 123 Perfect CC Cream Foundation is available in 4 shades, not a huge choice but I found it easy enough to pick one out to match my skin.
This is a really light-weight formula but seems to give amazing coverage, I'd probably say its a light to medium coverage which is perfect for an every day foundation.
I really love this product as it's more like a foundation than a tinted moisturiser however it still feels light on the skin with great coverage.
This has 3 colour correcting pigments that help with redness, dark spots and awaken lifeless, dull skin, whilst you still get hydration & SPF15. This is without a doubt the best buy I've had in a while, although it doesn't give you maximum coverage (nothing that a little concealer won't fix) I rate this product as one of the best I've ever used. It gives a satin / matte finish which a lot of the time I wear alone with just a little blush, or if I have a long day ahead i just sweep over a dusting of powder. I love to apply this with my stippling brush by real techniques. It gives it a really even flawless finish.
