All you need is -
Frozen mango
Frozen pineapple
Frozen or unfrozen banana
Around a handful of all the above will make 2 smoothies.
Now you can either add almond milk or coconut milk at this point. If you add coconut milk you get a virgin pina colada taste.
I like to put all the ingredients into the blender about 20 minutes before I 'smoothie' it. It just helps it soften slightly and you still get a nice chilled smoothie.
Blend for about a minute then pour into your glasses & decorate.
Easy peasy...
